Care Instructions

Please note all jewellery is delicate so please wear with care. 

Due to the delicate nature of the materials used, please avoid contact with all water, body lotions, perfumes and other chemicals. We recommend you do not sleep or exercise while wearing our pieces.

We use a variety of materials including:

• 14K and 18K gold and silver plated stainless steel, brass and zinc alloy
• Nickel, lead and cadmium free findings
• 316 stainless steel and 925 sterling silver posts
• Please read each product description for materials used

All metals will oxidise and tarnish with time, including gold plated pieces. This process may quicken depending on your skin, exposure to certain elements, how pieces are stored and how often they are worn.

Please note that oxidisation is not a production fault and refunds will not be provided in this case.

Pieces can be cleaned by polishing gently with a jewellery cloth.
